The Works, formerly known as Winter Works, is a family-owned construction business serving Summit County, Colorado since 2015. Led by Balam Mendoza, we bring more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to residential remodeling, home additions, decks, and custom carpentry. We serve Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Blue River, and Copper Mountain, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, careful planning, and clear communication.
We work with homeowners, second-home owners, vacation property owners, and property managers to improve mountain homes. From kitchen and bathroom remodels to complete renovations and additions, we coordinate trusted local trades and guide each project from initial planning through completion.
